About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of www.vibedigital.ae (the “Website”).

The Website is operated by Vibe Digital Solutions LLC, trading as Vibe Digital (“Vibe Digital”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the Website.

02

About Vibe Digital

Vibe Digital is a boutique marketing agency serving businesses operating in Dubai’s real estate sector.

Information on this Website describes our capabilities and experience across areas including:

  • performance marketing;
  • websites and digital experience;
  • CRM integration and automation;
  • AI adoption;
  • social media and branding; and
  • open houses and roadshows.

Website content is provided for general informational and promotional purposes only.

03

No Offer or Automatic Engagement

Nothing on this Website constitutes:

  • a binding offer to provide services;
  • acceptance of a project;
  • a guarantee of availability;
  • a fixed quotation;
  • a contractual commitment; or
  • professional legal, financial, investment or real estate advice.

Submitting an enquiry, booking a consultation or communicating with us does not create a client relationship.

A client engagement begins only when the relevant parties agree to a separate written proposal, statement of work, service agreement or other contract.

04

No Guarantee of Marketing Results

Marketing performance can be affected by factors outside our control, including:

  • market conditions;
  • competition;
  • advertising platform changes;
  • inventory and pricing;
  • project positioning;
  • sales-team response times;
  • lead follow-up;
  • creative approvals;
  • budget;
  • audience demand; and
  • third-party systems.

Examples, statistics, case studies and past results displayed on the Website illustrate previous work only. They do not guarantee that the same or similar outcomes will be achieved for another business, campaign or project.

05

Accuracy of Website Information

We aim to keep the Website accurate and current. However, we do not warrant that all information is:

  • complete;
  • accurate;
  • error-free;
  • continuously available; or
  • suitable for a particular purpose.

Services, capabilities, team information, case studies and Website content may be updated, modified or removed without notice.

You should not make material business, financial or legal decisions solely on the basis of Website content.

06

Permitted Use

You may use the Website for lawful personal or business-information purposes. You must not:

  • use the Website unlawfully or fraudulently;
  • interfere with its security or operation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data;
  • introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful technologies;
  • scrape, copy or extract Website content through automated means without permission;
  • submit false, misleading or impersonated information;
  • use forms to send spam or unsolicited promotions;
  • reproduce or commercially exploit Website materials without authorisation; or
  • use the Website in a way that could damage Vibe Digital’s reputation, systems or rights.

We may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe the Website is being misused.

07

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual-property rights in the Website and its original content belong to or are licensed to Vibe Digital. This includes:

  • text and copy;
  • branding;
  • logos;
  • graphics;
  • layouts;
  • photographs;
  • videos;
  • campaign concepts;
  • illustrations;
  • website design; and
  • downloadable materials.

You may view and temporarily store Website content for ordinary browsing purposes.

You may not reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, display, sell, license or commercially exploit Website content without prior written permission. The UAE has specific legislation protecting copyright and neighbouring rights.

08

Client and Third-Party Materials

The Website may display:

  • client names;
  • logos;
  • project names;
  • property imagery;
  • campaign examples;
  • screenshots;
  • trademarks; and
  • other third-party materials.

These materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be displayed for portfolio, attribution or illustrative purposes where authorised or otherwise legally permitted.

Their appearance does not imply endorsement, partnership or continuing engagement unless expressly stated.

09

Case Studies and Results

Case studies may include rounded, aggregated or selected performance data to communicate the nature and outcome of previous work.

Results may differ according to the campaign period, market, budget, attribution method, platform data, sales reporting and other circumstances. Confidential or commercially sensitive details may be omitted.

Where a case study refers to work completed by Vibe Digital’s founder or team members during previous employment or through another authorised engagement, that context is stated where necessary. The Website does not imply that Vibe Digital directly contracted work that was completed under a different organisation.

Figures referenced on this Website describing cumulative experience — including advertising spend managed and leads generated, such as the AED 100M+ and 1M+ figures — reflect the combined career experience of Vibe Digital’s founder, including work carried out during prior employment before Vibe Digital’s establishment. These figures are not limited to, and should not be read as representing, engagements contracted directly through Vibe Digital alone.

10

Third-Party Platforms and Links

The Website may link to or integrate with third-party services, including social media, analytics, booking, mapping, messaging or advertising platforms.

We do not control those services and are not responsible for:

  • their content;
  • availability;
  • security;
  • data practices;
  • terms; or
  • performance.

Use of third-party services is governed by the relevant provider’s own terms and policies.

11

Website Availability and Security

We may suspend, withdraw or modify all or part of the Website without notice. We do not guarantee that the Website will always be:

  • available;
  • uninterrupted;
  • secure;
  • free from errors; or
  • free from viruses or harmful components.

You are responsible for using appropriate security, browser and device protections when accessing the Website.

12

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vibe Digital and its directors, employees, contractors and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from or connected with:

  • access to or use of the Website;
  • inability to access the Website;
  • reliance on Website content;
  • third-party links or platforms;
  • loss of data;
  • loss of opportunity;
  • business interruption;
  • loss of revenue or profit; or
  • unauthorised access caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Vibe Digital against claims, losses, liabilities, damages and reasonable costs arising from:

  • your unlawful misuse of the Website;
  • your breach of these Terms;
  • content or information you submit;
  • infringement of another person’s rights; or
  • malicious, fraudulent or unauthorised activity carried out through your access.

14

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information through the Website is described in our Privacy Policy.

By submitting information through the Website, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it.

15

Electronic Communications

When you submit a form, send an email or communicate with us electronically, you consent to receiving responses through electronic channels.

Electronic records and communications may have legal recognition under the UAE’s Electronic Transactions and Trust Services framework.

16

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

The revised Terms will become effective when published on this page, unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

18

A failure or delay by Vibe Digital in enforcing any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

19

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah.

Subject to applicable law, the courts of Sharjah will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to the Website or these Terms.
